Ashley has been in the HR field, in some capacity, for over 12 years and has been instrumental in building out processes, procedures, custom tools and trainings to take both Barracuda and their clients to the next level. She brings a sense of sincerity, professionalism, and creativity to the Barracuda Consulting family. Her devotion to her craft is the same she had while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management at OSU. Ashley earned her Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2022, which as for those in HR know, this is no small feat. She provides overall strategic direction for digital marketing campaigns and brand monitoring, leads organic social media efforts, and works with clients on developing creative training materials to accomplish business objectives.
