Jeff Faust, SHRM-CP, SWP

Vice President / Consultant

Jeff has been in the Human Resources field since graduating from The University of Oklahoma in 1998.  Throughout the year, he has had the opportunity to work in most areas of Human Resources: Recruiting, Payroll, Benefit design, Compensation, Employee Relations, and formation of policies and procedures (handbooks).

In addition to daily HR management, Jeff has also developed and lead training sessions for management teams related to: Performance Management, Effective Employee Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion, Sexual Harassment/Discrimination, and Interviewing techniques.  He has a passion for helping managers succeed with respect to managing staff, developing strategic recruiting strategies and employee engagement.

Jeff earned his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2006 and was granted his SHRM-CP in 2016.  He wasn’t happy with being “granted” anything, so in December 2019 he sat for and passed the SHRM-CP designation.

Jeff has been past Vice President of the local SHRM chapter, Tulsa Area Human Resources (TAHRA) as well as Vice President of Program for Tulsa Equal Employment Opportunity (TEOCCA – not TulsaHRC) as well as serving as Program Chair for the OK State HR Conferences for many years.  In addition to his commitment to his HR field, he has also served on boards for Tulsa Area United Way and Rogers County United Way.
